We had wood flooring installed in one room and four rooms refinished.

Mike and his installers did an awesome job. The floors are seamless and the color is great. Mike had excellent communication the whole time. I appreciated being able to text him when I had questions. I would suggest getting all of your finish molding (or quarter round) replaced when you get your floors refinished because he does an excellent job with it!

Refinished and stained our existing hardwood floors.

They turned out beautifully. Better than what my husband and I were expecting. We had some stains from pets and whatnot that I only hoped could be fixed. They look like new to me and I couldn’t be more pleased. When we had the initial estimate and we were talking to Mike he said he could fix this and fix that and he did! During the process he answered all of our questions and was courteous and professional. We will not hesitate to recommend him to friends or family.

Planet hardwood did a wonderful job, though tearing out old hardwood was an unexpected difficult task. Nevertheless the guys persevered and got the job done. Impressed with the installed hardwood …. high quality and can be refinished multiple times even though the product is engineered. Our new floors look great and we are highly satisfied. Planet Hardwood was recommended to us when we relocated and purchased a home in Huntsville. Mike, the owner, gave recommendations on refinishing areas and tying in new flooring to existing flooring. He was professional, and extremely knowledgeable explaining why he would do things a certain way. He does the finishing work himself and is truly an artist. The old flooring flows into the new flooring seamlessly and his Bona system produced very little dust. Mike has an easy going personality and was great to work with.
